Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Maryland

Job Summary

We are looking for an LCPC who enjoys structured clinical work and predictable schedules. In this position, your focus is direct counseling, treatment planning, and helping clients make practical progress over time. The role is designed for clinicians who prefer clarity, routine, and uninterrupted client care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual counseling sessions
• Perform mental health assessments
• Create and update care plans
• Track client outcomes across sessions
• Complete documentation in the electronic record

Requirements

• Active Maryland LCPC license
• Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
• Experience in outpatient or telehealth settings
• Knowledge of evidence-based counseling methods
• Strong organization and communication skills
