Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Maryland

Job Summary

We are hiring an LCPC who wants predictable hours and a client-focused workload. This role is designed for therapists who prefer clear routines, manageable caseloads, and the ability to focus fully on therapy without in-person constraints.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy sessions
• Perform mental health evaluations
• Maintain treatment notes and plans
• Adjust interventions as client needs evolve
• Adhere to Maryland practice standards

Requirements

• Active Maryland LCPC license
• Master’s degree in Counseling or mental health field
• Experience providing mental health therapy
• Strong documentation habits
• Comfort working independently
