Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Maryland

Job Summary

This position centers on delivering consistent counseling services through telehealth. You will work with clients across a range of mental health concerns, using structured interventions and clear treatment goals. The role emphasizes continuity of care and predictable scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual counseling sessions
• Perform diagnostic assessments
• Create and manage treatment plans
• Track client progress and outcomes
• Complete documentation in the electronic health record

Requirements

• Active Maryland LCPC license
• Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
• Experience providing mental health counseling
• Familiarity with evidence-based modalities
• Strong communication and time-management skills
