Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Summary

This LCMHC position delivers individual counseling services to Vermont residents through a secure telehealth platform. You will support clients managing anxiety, depression, stress, and adjustment issues. The role offers a predictable schedule, steady caseload, and a clear focus on direct client care.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one counseling sessions via telehealth
• Assess client needs and establish treatment goals
• Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
• Complete session notes and treatment documentation
• Maintain ethical and regulatory standards

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling or related field
• Active Vermont LCMHC license
• Experience in outpatient counseling settings
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
