Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Vermont

Job Summary

This role centers on providing ongoing mental health therapy to adults in a structured virtual environment. As an LCMHC, your work will support client stability, progress, and long-term wellness through consistent therapeutic engagement.

Core Duties

• Facilitate scheduled telehealth therapy sessions
• Conduct clinical evaluations and progress tracking
• Maintain ethical and legal documentation
• Engage clients in evidence-based interventions
• Meet Vermont licensing requirements

Requirements

• Active Vermont LCMHC license
• Master’s degree in counseling or related field
• Experience providing outpatient therapy
• Comfortable delivering care through telehealth platforms
