Legal Counsel - REMOTE

• Provide business-oriented legal advice to business partners.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to analyze business and legal terms.
• Counsel staff on commercial law and healthcare regulations.
• Develop solutions for business challenges and customer disputes.
• Deliver training on commercial law and regulatory matters.

• Minimum of 6 years of commercial law experience.
• Admitted to practice law in the United States.
• Experience in federal government contracting or real estate law is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with US healthcare legal and regulatory environments preferred.
