Legal Counsel

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Legal Counsel in the United States.

This role offers the opportunity to provide high-impact legal guidance across commercial real estate, technology, and data center operations within a fast-growing AI cloud infrastructure environment. You will support complex US transactions, including site acquisitions, colocation agreements, power supply contracts, and related regulatory matters. The position requires strong drafting and negotiation skills, the ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will also be responsible for improving legal processes, managing external counsel, and delivering practical, business-oriented advice. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented attorney with law firm experience and expertise in commercial real estate, technology, and compliance matters.

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including real estate purchase agreements, leases, colocation contracts, construction, procurement, and infrastructure-related agreements.
• Support real estate due diligence, including zoning, permitting, corporate structuring, and title review.
• Assist with project financing, secured transactions, and lender interactions.
• Provide legal guidance for large and complex transactions while ensuring compliance with US laws and internal policies.
• Develop and improve contract templates, internal processes, and legal playbooks.
• Manage external counsel and coordinate legal workstreams across multiple projects.
• Deliver clear, practical, and business-focused legal advice under fast-paced, high-pressure conditions.

• J.D. degree from an accredited US law school; admission to practice in at least one US state.
• 6–8 years of relevant post-bar legal experience, preferably with a strong law firm background.
• Hands-on experience in commercial real estate transactions (acquisitions and leasing), data centers, and commercial contracting.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex matters concurrently and work independently.
• Excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, and comfort working in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
