Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Legal Account Manager/Project Manager to work

alongside our Legal Account Director in managing client relationships and executing

specialized marketing campaigns for personal injury law firms. This role focuses on

driving qualified case acquisition through paid media campaigns targeting Personal

Injury (PI) and Mass Tort claims.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships with personal injury and mass tort law firms

  • Oversee campaign setup and execution for MVA and mass tort lead generation

  • Collaborate with intake teams to optimize lead qualification processes

  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics: qualified cases signed and compensable case percentages

  • Ensure all campaigns comply with state bar advertising rules and legal ethics requirements

  • Work within established campaign structures while identifying optimization opportunities

  • Coordinate with legal teams to understand case qualification criteria and intake workflows

  • Create, build, and optimize processes

  • Update, maintain, and coordinate through our project management software

  • Lead internal and external meetings to ensure efficient and accurate communication

  • Hold internal and external team members accountable for quality and efficiency

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of legal marketing experience, specifically with personal injury or mass tort firms

  • Deep understanding of legal intake processes and case qualification criteria

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret legal funnel metrics

  • Experience working directly with attorney clients and legal intake teams

Preferred Experience

  • Background at legal marketing agencies serving PI/mass tort clients

  • In-house marketing experience at personal injury law firms

  • Legal intake or case management experience with marketing exposure

  • Experience with legal lead generation companies or platforms

  • Familiarity with geographic targeting for legal services

  • Knowledge of lead qualification and scoring systems
