This role is designed for a seasoned web development professional who thrives at the intersection of technical leadership and digital strategy. You will lead complex web initiatives, managing enterprise-level content management systems and integrating key marketing and analytics platforms to enhance user experience and site performance. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams including marketing, SEO, content, and paid media, while ensuring technical excellence and strategic alignment with organizational goals. You will drive AI-enhanced web optimization, oversee A/B testing, conversion optimization, and lead-generation integrations, and mentor other developers and contractors. The role blends hands-on development with leadership and strategic planning, making a direct impact on digital presence and audience engagement.


Accountabilities:
  • Lead hands-on web development, deployment, and maintenance across enterprise websites.
  • Manage and optimize enterprise CMS platforms such as WordPress and Drupal, including theme frameworks and plugin integrations.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to implement technical SEO, AI-driven content optimization, and conversion-focused strategies.
  • Integrate and maintain third-party platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce, GA4, GTM, and VWO for analytics and automation.
  • Conduct A/B and multivariate testing, monitor site performance, and provide actionable insights to improve UX and engagement.
  • Mentor developers and coordinate contractors, ensuring quality standards and alignment with project goals.
  • Support digital strategy through reporting dashboards, performance analysis, and ongoing optimization initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field; equivalent professional experience considered.
  • Minimum 12 years of professional experience in web development, CMS management, and digital strategy.
  • Advanced proficiency in PHP, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, RESTful APIs, and modern front-end/back-end practices.
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress Multisite, Drupal, AI-driven content optimization, and technical SEO.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in GA4, Looker Studio, UX tracking, and A/B testing.
  • Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and project management tools (Asana, Monday.com).
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills for cross-functional teamwork and remote environments.
