About the Role
We are seeking a talented and strategic Lead UI/UX Designer to own the end-to-end design vision across our digital products. This role will shape how users experience our platform by combining strong design execution, user-centered thinking, and cross-functional collaboration. You will lead the design function, influence product strategy, and champion a user-first mindset across the organization.
This is a highly visible role that works closely with Product, and Engineering to deliver intuitive, scalable, and impactful experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design Leadership & Strategy
- Own and drive the overall design strategy, ensuring a cohesive and user-centered experience across all digital platforms.leaders
- Define and maintain a clear design vision aligned with company goals and product strategy.
- Build and evolve scalable design systems and style guides to ensure visual and functional consistency across products.
- Design Execution
- Lead the full UX/UI lifecycle from research and concept development to wireframes, high-fidelity UI designs, and final implementation.
- Translate complex product requirements into intuitive, elegant, and accessible user experiences that balance user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
- Ensure high-quality design standards across all product surfaces.
- User Research & Validation
- Oversee and conduct user research, usability testing, and iterative feedback loops to inform and validate design decisions.
- Use qualitative and quantitative insights to continuously refine and improve the user experience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Marketing teams to align priorities, integrate feedback, and ensure seamless execution.
- Serve as a key design voice in product planning, roadmap discussions, and feature development.
- Design Roadmap & Impact
- Own and manage the design roadmap in alignment with product development cycles and strategic initiatives.
- Define and track key UX metrics (e.g., usability, engagement, conversion) to measure impact and guide continuous improvement.
- Advocacy & Innovation
- Champion a user-first mindset and advocate for design as a strategic driver across the organization.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices, bringing fresh ideas and innovation to the team and broader organization.
- Executive Communication
- Present design vision, strategy, and progress clearly and confidently.
- Communicate design rationale and user insights to support data-informed decision-making.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Senior or Lead UI/UX Designer with ownership over product design strategy.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design, complex problem solving, and high-quality visual execution.
- Experience building and maintaining design systems at scale.
- Deep understanding of UX principles, accessibility standards, and usability best practices.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar).
