This role sits at the intersection of advanced technical troubleshooting and customer success for complex mobile and embedded SDK solutions. You will act as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers, helping them design, integrate, and optimize location-based services across production environments. The position requires deep hands-on debugging expertise combined with strong customer-facing communication skills. You will support mobile SDK implementations across Android, iOS, and cross-platform frameworks, resolving high-impact technical issues in real time. Operating in a fast-paced environment, you will influence product adoption while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the entire solution lifecycle. This is a highly visible role where your insights directly shape product improvements and long-term customer success.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will serve as the primary technical escalation point for complex SDK-related customer issues, ensuring rapid diagnosis, resolution, and long-term prevention of recurring problems. You will collaborate closely with engineering and product teams while maintaining strong customer relationships and driving successful platform adoption.

  • Act as a senior technical advisor for customers using mobile and embedded SDKs across evaluation, integration, and production stages
  • Diagnose, reproduce, and resolve complex issues across Android, iOS, Flutter, and native C/C++ environments, including crash logs and stack traces
  • Lead customer escalations and drive root-cause analysis with clear corrective actions and long-term fixes
  • Partner with internal engineering teams to represent the Voice of the Customer and influence product improvements
  • Support SDK integration guidance, architecture decisions, and best practices for optimal performance and reliability
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying recurring issues and proposing scalable solutions
  • Deliver technical workshops, training sessions, and deep-dive sessions for customers and internal teams

Requirements

This position requires strong technical depth in mobile development and SDK support, combined with proven customer-facing experience in complex enterprise environments. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, solution-oriented, and comfortable operating independently in high-pressure situations.

  • 5+ years of experience with mobile applications, SDKs, and cloud-based APIs (REST, Java, etc.), including at least 2 years in customer-facing technical support
  • Strong expertise in debugging production issues across Android, iOS, and cross-platform frameworks (Flutter, native C/C++)
  • Deep understanding of SDK architecture, application lifecycle, and system integration patterns
  • Experience handling high-priority technical escalations and driving root-cause resolution
  • Familiarity with embedded systems or automotive environments is a strong plus (e.g., Android Automotive, AOSP)
  • Knowledge of mapping and location technologies such as geocoding, routing, GPS, and navigation systems
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical issues into clear insights
  • Strong project management and multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments
  • Experience leading technical trainings or customer enablement sessions is a plus

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary range of $115,000–$125,000 per year (based on experience and skills)
  • Annual performance-based bonus eligibility
  • Comprehensive health coverage (medical, dental, and vision)
  • Retirement savings plans
  • Paid time off and structured leave policies
  • Remote-first flexibility (U.S.-based role)
  • Professional development and learning opportunities
  • Inclusive and equal opportunity work environment
