This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Lead, System Product Management in the United States.

This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, system architecture, and large-scale healthcare automation, with responsibility for defining and driving the long-term vision of complex pharmacy automation systems. You will act as the senior product authority, shaping multi-year roadmaps that ensure scalable, reliable, and high-impact solutions across enterprise environments. Working in a highly cross-functional setting, you will collaborate with engineering, operations, quality, and vendor teams to translate business and technical needs into prioritized outcomes. The role requires strong strategic thinking, systems-level ownership, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority. You will also play a key role in governance, risk management, and lifecycle planning to ensure system stability and compliance. This is a high-impact leadership position where your decisions directly influence healthcare automation performance and delivery at scale.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will own the strategic direction and lifecycle management of pharmacy automation systems, ensuring alignment between business goals, technical execution, and customer outcomes.

  • Define and evolve the multi-year system product vision and roadmap for pharmacy automation platforms
  • Translate business, operational, and technical requirements into prioritized product outcomes and investment decisions
  • Lead buy-vs-build evaluations, vendor assessments, and architectural direction decisions
  • Manage portfolio prioritization across competing initiatives using outcome-based frameworks
  • Drive cross-functional execution across engineering, architecture, quality, operations, and external partners
  • Oversee governance processes, ensuring system reliability, compliance, quality, and risk management standards are met
  • Guide lifecycle planning, including legacy system decommissioning and migration strategies
  • Engage with stakeholders to communicate roadmap progress, trade-offs, and system performance insights
  • Lead customer and user discovery efforts to validate needs and refine product direction
  • Mentor and support product managers and system leads while advancing organizational product capability maturity

Requirements

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in product leadership, system ownership, or platform strategy, combined with strong technical fluency and the ability to operate at an executive stakeholder level.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 10+ years of experience in product management, system ownership, or technical platform leadership roles
  • Proven track record of leading complex, enterprise-scale systems or automation platforms
  • Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead through cross-functional alignment
  • Experience in healthcare, pharmacy automation, or highly regulated environments preferred
  • Strong understanding of system architecture, lifecycle management, and governance frameworks
  • Analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to define measurable success outcomes
  • Experience with data-driven tools and platforms (e.g., Power BI, Power Query, SIMIO preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex system concepts for diverse audiences
  • Demonstrated leadership capability in mentoring and developing product talent

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary ranging from $151,200 to $252,000 depending on experience and qualifications
  • Performance-based incentives, including annual bonus and long-term incentive opportunities
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • Retirement savings plan with employer support
  • Inclusive total rewards program based on performance, equity, and market benchmarks
  • Flexible work arrangements depending on role requirements
  • Professional development and leadership growth opportunities
  • Inclusive and mission-driven work environment focused on healthcare impact
