This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Lead Solutions Architect in United States.

This role is a high-impact technical leadership position responsible for shaping and scaling complex integration solutions across enterprise and mid-market clients. You will act as a senior technical authority, guiding architecture decisions, leading solution design reviews, and ensuring successful delivery of API-driven integrations across ecommerce, ERP, and logistics ecosystems. Working at the intersection of Sales, Engineering, Product, and external partners, you will translate business requirements into scalable, repeatable technical solutions. The role combines hands-on architectural expertise with mentorship responsibilities, helping elevate the capabilities of junior solutions architects. You will also influence integration strategy, improve internal processes, and serve as a key escalation point for critical deals. This is a highly visible position where your work directly impacts customer success, platform scalability, and revenue growth.


Accountabilities:
  • Lead the design and execution of complex integration solutions for enterprise and mid-market customers, ensuring scalable and reliable architecture across APIs, ERP systems, and ecommerce platforms.
  • Act as a senior technical advisor for high-value deals, providing guidance during pre-sales, solution design, and implementation phases.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex or at-risk integration projects, troubleshooting architecture and implementation challenges.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and external partners to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Define and improve internal best practices, reusable integration patterns, and documentation standards to support scalable delivery.
  • Mentor and support junior Solutions Architects, contributing to team development and technical capability building.
  • Engage directly with executive stakeholders to align on technical strategy, integration priorities, and delivery outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting, or similar customer-facing technical roles.
  • Strong background in API development, integration architecture, or iPaaS platforms, with hands-on experience delivering complex integrations.
  • Deep knowledge of RESTful APIs, ERP and ecommerce platforms such as NetSuite, Shopify, or BigCommerce.
  • Experience working in SaaS, ecommerce, logistics, or enterprise technology environments with large-scale system integrations.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical initiatives and mentor or guide other engineers or architects.
  • Familiarity with integration tools such as Workato, Celigo, Boomi, or similar platforms.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field is preferred or equivalent practical experience.
