In this role, you will lead the strategy and execution of growth across both self-serve and enterprise product motions, focusing on the full user lifecycle from acquisition to long-term retention. You will operate at the intersection of product, data, design, engineering, and marketing to identify high-impact opportunities and turn them into scalable growth levers. You will be responsible for shaping how users discover, activate, and expand their use of a next-generation AI-powered creative platform. Accountabilities:- Define and own the end-to-end growth strategy and roadmap across self-serve and enterprise product motions, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and revenue goals.
- Lead experimentation across acquisition, activation, retention, engagement, and monetization, partnering closely with engineering, design, data science, and marketing teams.
- Analyze user behavior, funnel performance, and A/B testing outcomes to identify optimization opportunities and improve conversion and expansion metrics.
- Develop deep customer and market understanding to uncover growth levers and translate insights into product strategies and experiments.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives that improve onboarding, pricing/packaging, and long-term user retention.
- Balance customer experience quality with measurable business impact through scalable, data-driven decision-making.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of product management experience, including significant exposure to growth-focused product roles and measurable impact on core business metrics.
- Proven track record of shipping and scaling products with technical complexity and strong design sensibility, ideally across both self-serve and enterprise environments.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data, funnels, and experimentation frameworks to drive product decisions and optimize performance.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity, define structure in uncharted problem spaces, and independently drive initiatives from concept to execution.
- Excellent cross-functional leadership skills with experience aligning engineering, design, marketing, and data teams around shared outcomes.
- Customer-first mindset with the ability to translate user insights into scalable product strategies and experiments.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across the organization.
