This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a FM Advisory Analyst. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the efficient and cost-effective operation of facilities. You will collect, analyze, and report on data related to facility management, assisting in strategic planning while ensuring that organizational goals are met. Collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders will be a key aspect of your responsibilities to enhance operational performance and implement best practices.


Accountabilities
  • Collect, organize, and analyze data related to building operations, including facilities management and budget tracking.
  • Assist in developing and managing the organization's facilities budget, tracking expenses and finding cost-saving opportunities.
  • Support selection and management of external service providers, ensuring compliance with contracts.
  • Coordinate communication and project management with stakeholders while preparing presentations and project documentation.
  • Identify operational improvement opportunities that enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align facilities strategy with business growth objectives.


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, or related field.
  • 5 years of relevant experience in facilities management analysis.
  • Commercial Real Estate experience is required.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle sensitive information.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.
