Position Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Lead Enterprise Account Executive to join our growing Sales team at Staff4Me. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and managing relationships with our largest and most strategic clients. You will identify new business opportunities, develop effective sales strategies, and work collaboratively across various teams to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders within enterprise accounts.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and explore new markets.
  • Engage in solution-based selling to understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, account details, and forecasts in the CRM system.
  • Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company's offerings.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong network and relationships with key stakeholders in large enterprises.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and client needs.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation.

Schedule: Full-time position with flexible working hours.
