This role leads a high-impact cybersecurity product workstream focused on building and scaling enterprise-grade security controls that reduce cyber risk across complex digital ecosystems. You will oversee a team of product managers responsible for delivering security products embedded in an enterprise control framework, ensuring alignment with risk, compliance, and engineering priorities. The position requires strong leadership across multiple initiatives, guiding discovery, framing, and delivery of security capabilities in a data-driven and outcome-focused model. You will partner closely with enterprise risk, engineering, and architecture teams to design scalable security solutions across cloud, application, and infrastructure domains. This is a highly strategic role that blends product leadership, cybersecurity expertise, and organizational influence. You will play a key part in shaping enterprise security maturity while enabling faster, safer delivery of digital products.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will own the product strategy and execution for a cybersecurity product workstream, ensuring that security controls are effectively designed, delivered, and integrated into enterprise systems while mentoring and guiding a team of product managers.

Lead an entire cybersecurity product workstream, managing multiple security-focused products aligned to enterprise control and risk reduction objectives
Oversee and coach a team of digital product managers, ensuring strong execution within an outcome-based delivery (OBD) framework
Drive discovery and framing of complex cybersecurity problems, ensuring solutions are data-driven, scalable, and aligned with enterprise risk priorities
Build and maintain enterprise-level roadmaps across security domains such as cloud, application, data, network, and SaaS security
Partner with engineering, architecture, and enterprise risk teams to design and implement integrated security control solutions
Identify opportunities to accelerate delivery through reuse of existing capabilities and third-party solutions
Act as escalation point for delivery challenges while ensuring alignment across cross-functional stakeholders

Requirements

The ideal candidate brings strong product leadership experience in cybersecurity or platform security domains, with a proven ability to manage teams, influence stakeholders, and deliver complex enterprise solutions.

Extensive experience in digital product management, including leading multiple products or workstreams
Proven experience managing and mentoring product managers or cross-functional product teams
Strong background in cybersecurity domains such as cloud security, application security, data security, network security, or SaaS security
Experience with product discovery, backlog management, roadmap development, and outcome-based delivery models
Ability to translate security and risk requirements into scalable product and platform solutions
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
Strategic thinking with strong systems perspective and ability to operate in complex enterprise environments
Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional alignment and deliver measurable business and security outcomes

Annual base salary range: $134,000 – $209,750 (based on experience and qualifications)
