Accountabilities:- Lead in-house creative production across digital advertising, social media, motion graphics, video, web, and print channels.
- Design high-performing paid media assets for platforms such as Meta, Google, YouTube, and other acquisition channels.
- Produce engaging short-form video and motion graphics to support campaign launches, promotions, and brand storytelling.
- Support website initiatives through page layouts, visual hierarchy improvements, landing page design, and A/B testing optimization.
- Develop brochures, flyers, and location-specific print collateral aligned with brand standards.
- Create scalable social media templates and creative systems that empower local teams to produce consistent content.
- Partner with Story, Performance, and leadership teams to translate strategic goals into compelling visual campaigns.
- Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while ensuring quality, speed, and deadline adherence.
- Integrate AI-assisted tools into workflows for ideation, prototyping, imagery, and faster production cycles.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of hands-on design experience in an in-house marketing, agency, or production environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across performance ads, motion graphics, video, print, and web design.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Experience with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent platforms.
- Strong web design knowledge including layout, UX principles, visual hierarchy, and conversion-focused testing.
- Proven print production experience with file preparation for brochures, flyers, and marketing materials.
- Ability to operate independently as a solo or lead designer managing high-volume creative output.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled creative tools for design acceleration and workflow efficiency.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field preferred.
