Come join our team and work inspired each day! </div>Your opportunity for impact: We are seeking a strategic and results-driven demand generation leader to drive pipeline growth across two key segments: Public Sector and Corporate (Enterprise). In this role, you’ll own the strategy and execution of integrated demand programs that engage decision makers at large organizations. You’ll balance inbound tactics, outbound campaigns, and account-based marketing (ABM) to deliver measurable impact on pipeline and revenue. The ideal candidate is a hands-on marketer who thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and analytics, with a proven track record of delivering measurable demand in complex B2B environments.   What your contributions will be: Strategy & Campaign Development <ul><li>Build and execute integrated demand generation programs that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline across target markets. </li><li>Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and BDR teams to align campaigns to business priorities and revenue goals. </li><li>Develop messaging and offers tailored to key personas and verticals.</li></ul>Execution & Management <ul><li>Own campaign lifecycle: planning, launch, optimization, and reporting. </li><li>Execute multi-channel campaigns including digital, paid media, webinars, content syndication, events, email, and direct mail. </li><li>Leverage account-based marketing approaches to engage high-value target accounts. </li><li>Manage relationships with vendors, agencies, and marketing technology platforms.  </li></ul>Analytics & Optimization <ul><li>Define campaign KPIs and report on pipeline, conversion, and ROI. </li><li>Apply data-driven insights to continuously optimize campaign performance. </li><li>Collaborate with Marketing Ops to ensure accurate attribution, lead scoring, and database health. </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul>  Ideally you will have: <ul><li>Proven success driving pipeline through inbound and outbound programs. </li><li>Minimum 5 years in demand generation or marketing strategy </li><li>Strong understanding of enterprise buying cycles and ABM principles. </li><li>Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce). </li><li>Analytical mindset with experience in campaign reporting and pipeline metrics. </li><li>Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to partner across teams. </li><li>Experience in professional services, technology, or highly regulated industries (a plus). </li></ul> Benefits <ul><li>90% healthcare premiums company covered </li><li>HSA company contribution </li><li>401K match at 4% with immediate vesting </li><li>Flexible PTO (typically 3 to 4 weeks a year) </li><li>10 paid holidays </li><li>Monthly contributions for wellness </li><li>Access to LinkedIn learning with monthly dedicated time to explore </li></ul>  Compensation Transparency The compensation range for this position is: $126,000 - $155,000 The posted cash compensation for this position includes on target earnings, base salary and variable if applicable. Some roles may qualify for overtime pay.
