This role offers a high-impact opportunity to shape the cloud infrastructure strategy while working in a flexible, collaborative, and innovative environment.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop and maintain Kubernetes operators, custom controllers, and automation tooling using Go.
  • Build and maintain internal infrastructure services, including provisioning, configuration, observability, and policy enforcement.
  • Collaborate with DevOps and product engineering teams to enhance reliability, scalability, and developer experience.
  • Champion infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform and Helm, and optimize CI/CD pipelines.
  • Contribute to cloud governance, cost optimization, and security frameworks while promoting best practices.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and architect high-availability, self-healing systems to support large-scale real-time workloads.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in software or infrastructure engineering roles.
  • Proficiency in Go (Golang) for distributed and concurrent system development.
  • Deep understanding of Kubernetes internals, including controllers, CRDs, and operators.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and/or OCI, including IAM, networking, and service deployment.
  • Experience with containerization, Helm, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
  • Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and systems-level design skills.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and cross-functional teamwork abilities.

Benefits

  • Competitive US-based salary range: $124,000 – $271,200, with additional bonus and equity opportunities.
  • Fully flexible remote work environment.
  • Comprehensive health benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Retirement savings plans with company matching.
  • Wellness programs, employee assistance, and resources to support physical, mental, and financial health.
  • Paid time off and opportunities for professional development and career growth.
  • Collaborative, inclusive, and innovative work culture.
