Lead Analytics Consultant

This role sits at the intersection of analytics consulting, data storytelling, and technical delivery leadership, focusing on helping organizations turn complex data into actionable business insights. You will lead and deliver end-to-end analytics projects, including dashboard development, data visualization, automation, and analytics platform modernization. The position combines hands-on technical work with client-facing consulting, requiring you to guide stakeholders through data-driven decision-making and solution design. You will also lead small delivery teams, ensuring high-quality execution while maintaining alignment with client objectives and timelines. In addition to project delivery, you will contribute to pre-sales activities and help shape new business opportunities. The role offers a dynamic consulting environment where you will influence both client outcomes and internal delivery best practices. Accountabilities:

Lead and deliver end-to-end data analytics projects, including dashboarding, automation, data applications, and analytics platform solutions
Build analytics products and solutions using best practices in data visualization, analytics engineering, and process automation
Manage and guide small consulting teams (typically 1–3 members) through project execution and delivery
Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technical functions to define scope, prioritize requirements, and ensure project alignment
Translate business problems into analytical solutions and deliver insights that drive measurable value
Support pre-sales activities including scoping, solution design, and proposal development
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to account growth and client relationship expansion
Lead internal initiatives to improve delivery processes, methodologies, and analytics best practices
Provide training and enablement to client teams to support adoption of analytics tools and solutions

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in data analytics, data visualization, or analytics consulting
2+ years of experience leading technical delivery and managing analytics projects or teams
Strong expertise in at least one analytics or visualization tool such as Tableau, Power BI, Sigma, Dataiku, Alteryx, SQL, or Python
Experience working with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake or Databricks is a strong plus
Proven ability to communicate complex data concepts clearly to both technical and executive audiences
Strong consulting and client management skills with experience working across multiple stakeholders
Ability to independently lead projects, manage priorities, and operate in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering business impact through data
Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
