Accountabilities:

The Launch Excellence Manager will lead the development and execution of enterprise launch strategies, ensuring successful adoption of commercialization frameworks and supporting teams throughout the product lifecycle. This role requires strategic vision, operational discipline, and the ability to align diverse stakeholders around shared business objectives.

Lead the Launch Excellence Center of Excellence, providing governance, guidance, and strategic support for product launches across the organization.
Own and continuously improve commercialization and channel development playbooks to ensure alignment with business goals and industry best practices.
Drive consistency and adoption of launch methodologies, processes, and tools across multiple divisions and teams.
Maintain and optimize launch frameworks, resources, and capabilities to support evolving commercialization needs.
Manage complex product launches involving workflows, automation solutions, digital products, and technology initiatives.
Maintain visibility into the overall product introduction portfolio, identifying opportunities, risks, and key priorities for senior stakeholders.
Enable coordinated cross-functional and cross-divisional launches to maximize market impact and commercial performance.
Partner with product management, commercial marketing, sales teams, and other stakeholders to ensure accountability and alignment.
Develop and deliver training programs that strengthen launch capabilities across teams.
Lead communication strategies to keep stakeholders informed, engaged, and aligned throughout launch initiatives.
Provide thought leadership and strategic recommendations to improve commercialization excellence and business outcomes.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings significant experience in commercialization, product launches, marketing, sales enablement, or cross-functional program leadership. Success in this role requires strong strategic thinking, project management expertise, and the ability to influence teams across geographies and functions.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent professional experience.
8+ years of relevant experience in areas such as product management, commercial marketing, direct sales, sales channels, or leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
Strong understanding of commercialization processes and product launch methodologies.
Proven ability to manage large-scale programs and drive alignment across diverse teams.
Excellent project management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret data and make informed strategic decisions.
Broad knowledge of scientific industries and familiarity with relevant market requirements and standards.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Ability to work effectively in global, multicultural, and cross-functional environments.
Proactive, adaptable, and self-motivated approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
