TeamDynamix is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and technically savvy Knowledge and Learning Content Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will help design, develop, and maintain high-quality learning and knowledge content that supports both customers and internal teams. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys building impactful training experiences, translating technical concepts into clear resources, and driving knowledge excellence across an organization.
About the Role
Design, develop, and maintain engaging eLearning courses and training materials within the Learning Management System (LMS).
Create and update product documentation, user guides, job aids, assessments, and instructional content.
Build and maintain high-quality knowledge base articles to support internal teams and self-service initiatives.
Collaborate closely with Client Services on self-service and online support strategy, including the Client Portal, Knowledge Base, Q&A, and Chatbot.
Stay ahead of product updates and ensure learning and knowledge content remains current with release schedules.
Assist with video creation and editing for product demonstrations, training sessions, and instructional content.
Manage content development projects from planning through delivery, working with subject matter experts and external partners as needed.
Advocate for and contribute to strong knowledge management processes and best practices.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, leadership, and stakeholders in a professional and collaborative manner.
Ensure all work aligns with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
About You
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience in learning content development, knowledge management, instructional design, or technical documentation.
Hands-on experience with LMS platforms such as Continu, Talent, Canvas, Docebo, Blackboard Learn, Skillsoft, or Moodle.
Experience using knowledge management tools and best practices.
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn and communicate complex software concepts, including integrations.
Excellent technical writing and content organization skills.
Experience creating engaging eLearning materials and instructional resources.
Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
Collaborative, proactive, and curious with a passion for continuous learning.
Nice to Have
Instructional design certifications such as ATD, CDOL, or similar.
KCS Certification, Certified Knowledge Manager (CKM), or CPTC.
Video editing experience using tools such as Camtasia, Panopto, or similar platforms.
Experience with Knowledge-Centered Service (KCS) methodologies.
Vendor or outsourced content management experience.
