If you’re motivated to make a meaningful impact, this is your opportunity to join a collaborative, entrepreneurial, and inclusive culture.</span></p></div><div></div></div><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>JOB SUMMARY:</strong></p><p>The Key Account Manager (KAM) serves as a strategic growth driver for ARS Pharmaceuticals by engaging and influencing top-volume practices, academic systems, and large group networks with centralized decision-making. KAMs are responsible for unlocking institutional access, accelerating adoption of<strong><em> neffy®</em></strong>, and aligning account-level strategy with field execution.</p><p><strong>Candidates must live within territory within close proximity to an airport.&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and execute strategic account plans for high-value allergy groups and academic institutions.</li><li>Identify and compile success stories across multi-state networks to inform broader strategy.</li><li>Build trusted relationships with senior institutional stakeholders including C-suite leaders, medical directors, and clinical influencers.</li><li>Collaborate with Medical Affairs to deliver peer-led programs, education, and compliant messaging tailored to institutional goals.</li><li>Coordinate internal communications such as email campaigns or blog posts to highlight institutional milestones and successes.</li><li>Cultivate internal advocates and speakers (e.g., KOLs, early adopters) to expand influence and reinforce best practices.</li><li>Leverage momentum to initiate discussions on EMR integration, treatment protocols, and payer access wins.</li><li>Track account-level outcomes and replicate successful approaches with other large group practices.</li><li>Partner with SSRs to ensure alignment between institutional strategy and local pull-through.</li><li>Represent ARS at national and regional conferences to support relationship-building and brand visibility.</li><li>Travel required: 60–70%, including frequent field visits and institutional engagements.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, preferably business or life sciences, or equivalent experience will be considered.</li><li>5+ years of institutional or Key Account sales experience.</li><li>3+ years of successful field-based account management experience required, with strong preference in pharmaceutical sales calling on hospitals, IDN’s, and/or specialty accounts.</li><li>Allergy experience preferred.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to lead account planning and influence treatment pathways.</li><li>Familiarity with EMR protocols, payer dynamics, and large practice decision-making processes.</li></ul><p><strong>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:</strong></p><ul><li>Strong account-based selling and strategic planning capabilities.</li><li>Experience in engaging senior executives and medical leadership.</li><li>Ability to drive alignment across cross-functional teams and field roles.</li><li>Clear understanding of formulary access, adoption hurdles, and integrated decision-making.</li><li>Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills.</li></ul><div data-block="true" data-editor="8264t" data-offset-key="8j6sm-0-0"><div class="public-DraftStyleDefault-block public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr" data-offset-key="8j6sm-0-0"><span data-offset-key="8j6sm-0-0"><span data-text="true">At ARS, we are proud to offer a highly competitive compensation &amp; benefits package.&nbsp;</span></span></div><div class="public-DraftStyleDefault-block public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr" data-offset-key="8j6sm-0-0">&nbsp;</div></div><div data-block="true" data-editor="8264t" data-offset-key="6oc0s-0-0"><div class="public-DraftStyleDefault-block public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr" data-offset-key="6oc0s-0-0"><span data-offset-key="6oc0s-0-0"><span data-text="true">The base salary range for this position is $155,000 to $175,000 and may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation.&nbsp; Actual pay rates are determined by considering multiple factors including qualifications, relevance of experience, education &amp; credentials, subject matter expertise, and other job-related factors permitted by law.</span></span></div></div><p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><em>This position is also eligible for Equity, 401k matching, and our excellent benefits package including 100% employer paid Medical, Dental &amp; Vision for employees.
