If you believe the best way to do your job hasn’t been invented yet, you’ll fit right in.</div> The Key Account Manager will report to the National Account Manager and play an integral role in driving world class account management initiatives for one of our key retail partners. The ideal Key Account Manager will work closely with the customer, in collaboration with cross functional teams (marketing, supply chain, category management, and finance) to execute an omni channel strategy and increase market share. As a successful Key Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop a career in this market leading organization.   Duties and Responsibilities: <ul><li>Demonstrate best in class account management to maximize Revenue and Profit in line with company strategy </li><li>Manage the day-to-day account management of assigned retail partners </li><li>Work with internal and external stakeholders to lead promotional, marketing and joint business plans for assigned accounts </li><li>Successfully pitch, secure and launch new products in line with company strategy </li><li>Negotiate programs and agreements for assigned accounts upon renewal </li><li>Prepare presentations, business reviews, and sales reports that identify areas for improvement and business opportunities </li><li>Work with the retailers and internal teams on a variety of data sources to report POS, trends, factors impacting the business, etc. </li><li>Monitor stock levels and jointly produce forecasts; reporting & tracking on a monthly basis </li><li>Gather and communicate competitive factors impacting the business (i.e. new competitive items, competitive promotions, etc.) </li></ul>Attributes and Skills: <ul><li>Execution focused; mindful of key milestones and a demonstrated ability to create and adhere to a schedule to ensure success </li><li>Gritty sales leader with strategic vision, execution focused, track record of overcoming obstacles, and team player not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get into the details </li><li>Ability to successfully lead their portfolio, acting as the general manager of their business, including cross-functional team leadership, financial and analytical savvy, and demonstrated thought leadership on how to achieve breakthrough in the US</li><li>Self-motivated, with an ability to collaborate, while thriving in a team setting </li><li>Strong business acumen and analytical skills, complimented by effective oral and written communication </li><li>Strong analytical skills to gather and analyze large sets of data </li><li>Exceptional interpersonal skills to be able to build and maintain effective relationships </li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills </li><li>Excellent computer skills, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint </li></ul>Education and Experience: <ul><li>University degree </li><li>Prior experience in sales with consumer products/consumer durables required </li><li>4+ years of account management experience preferred </li></ul>  <div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"> Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is displayed below.
