This role is a high-impact sales and business development position focused on driving strategic growth across key enterprise accounts within the Live Events, Rental, and Staging industry. You will be responsible for developing and executing account strategies that expand market share, increase revenue, and strengthen long-term customer relationships for advanced display and projection solutions. Acting as the primary interface for assigned key accounts, you will engage with senior stakeholders, build new partnerships, and position innovative audiovisual technologies that support large-scale event environments. The role requires close collaboration with product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful customer adoption and execution. You will also play a central role in shaping demand generation strategies, supporting technical enablement, and ensuring strong customer satisfaction. This position is ideal for a commercially driven, relationship-focused professional who thrives in complex, matrixed environments.
Accountabilities:- Develop and grow assigned key end-user accounts within the Live Events, Rental, and Staging market to increase revenue, profit, and market share across products and solutions.
- Define and execute annual strategic account plans aligned with sales objectives and company growth targets.
- Drive end-to-end sales activities, including prospecting, relationship development, negotiation, and closing of high-value opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive-level decision makers within strategic accounts.
- Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, marketing, and operations teams to ensure successful solution deployment and customer satisfaction.
- Support demand generation efforts through marketing initiatives, promotions, collateral development, and strategic campaigns.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM data to support business planning and reporting requirements.
- Monitor competitive landscape, pricing trends, and market dynamics to inform sales strategy and positioning.
- Facilitate technical training and product enablement for customers and partners within assigned accounts.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to ensure alignment on customer needs, execution, and long-term account growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 4–6+ years of experience in B2B sales, key account management, or solution-based selling within AV technology, live events, rental/staging, or related industries.
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and drive revenue growth within strategic enterprise accounts.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and influence senior and C-level stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical solutions.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
- Experience working in matrixed environments and collaborating across sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams.
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% as required for client engagement and industry events.
