With a background in electronics or a related field and hands-on experience in telematics or IoT support, you bring strong diagnostic abilities and a proactive mindset. You thrive in customer-facing roles, communicate clearly, and are driven by the goal of delivering reliable and seamless hardware experiences.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Vendor Interfacing: Define and track issues with vendor hardware/software. Work with the vendor(s) to get those issues resolved.</li><li>Customer Issue Management: Handle tickets and customer-reported hardware issues promptly, providing effective troubleshooting, technical support, and resolution.</li><li>Deployment Support: Assist in deploying telematics hardware solutions, ensuring seamless integration and operation in customer environments. Address technical challenges during deployment to minimize downtime and enhance customer satisfaction.</li><li>Hardware Evaluation: Conduct thorough testing and validation of hardware components and systems.
