As a Junior Solutions Architect, you will support solution development for business development and proposal activities. This role is designed for someone eager to grow into a senior architect — bringing technical breadth, curiosity, and strong collaboration skills. You’ll assist in researching technologies, drafting technical content, and helping design enterprise solutions for government customers. ServiceNow, cloud, or cybersecurity knowledge is a strong differentiator.</p><p><br><strong><u>Professional Level</u></strong></p><p>Level 3 </p><p> </p><p><strong><u>Responsibilities</u></strong></p><ul><li>Support solutioning workshops and technical writing for proposals.</li><li>Research customer requirements, federal technology trends, and competitive offerings.</li><li>Assist senior architects in developing architectures, technical volumes, and solution graphics.</li><li>Document processes, workflows, and solution designs for internal and external audiences.</li><li>Help integrate solutions across domains like cloud, DevSecOps, cybersecurity, data analytics, and ServiceNow.</li><li>Contribute to white papers, capability statements, and presentations.</li><li>Build knowledge of federal acquisition processes and solutioning best practices.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><u>Requirements</u></strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).</li><li>Exposure to cloud platforms, cybersecurity concepts, or enterprise tools like ServiceNow.</li><li>Strong research, documentation, and communication skills.</li><li>Interest in growing into a senior architect role with mentorship and training.</li><li>Relevant technical certifications (ServiceNow, AWS, Azure, ITIL, CompTIA Security+) are a plus.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><u>Preferred/Desired</u></strong></p><ul><li>2–5 years of experience in IT, engineering, or technical consulting (federal sector strongly preferred).</li></ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Salary Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$61,180</span><span class="divider">—</span><span>$75,000 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p><em>9th Way Insignia’s range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
