In this role, you will work closely with customers to understand their networking and connectivity needs, assist in designing and deploying Wi-Fi/Passpoint solutions, and support pre- and post-sales technical activities. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a solid technical foundation, zeal for working with people and communicating complex ideas and a passion for solving real-world networking challenges.</p><h3><strong>💡 What You’ll Do:</strong></h3><ul><li>Collaborate with sales and senior engineering teams to provide technical support during the pre-sales and post sales process.</li><li>Engage directly with customers to assess needs, answer technical questions, and support deployment of wireless networking solutions.</li><li>Assist in designing Wi-Fi solutions using tools and site survey data to ensure optimal performance.</li><li>Perform basic scripting (e.g., Python, Bash) to automate tasks, analyze logs, or customize configurations.</li><li>Troubleshoot wireless networking issues on-site or remotely and provide technical recommendations.</li><li>Document customer requirements, deployment plans, and model usage for potential deployments.</li><li>Stay up to date with emerging Wi-Fi standards, wireless technologies, and product updates, and the Helium Network rules/governance.</li></ul><h3><strong>☑️ </strong><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></h3><ul><li>Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking, or related field; or equivalent hands-on experience.</li><li>Understanding of 802.11 Wi-Fi standards, RF fundamentals, and common wireless troubleshooting methods.</li><li>Basic experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or similar.</li><li>Familiarity with networking fundamentals (IP addressing, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, Passpoint/Hotspot 2.0 etc.).</li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.</li><li>Customer-first mindset and problem-solving attitude.</li><li>Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.</li></ul><p><strong>➕ Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with wireless site survey tools (e.g., Ekahau, NetSpot, or similar).</li><li>Basic knowledge of wireless controllers, access points, and cloud-managed networking platforms.</li><li>Experience in customer-facing roles or technical support.</li></ul><p><strong>☁️ Why Join Helium Mobile?</strong></p><ul><li>Hands-on experience with cutting-edge wireless networking technologies.</li><li>Career development opportunities and mentorship from experienced engineers.</li><li>A collaborative team environment where your contributions matter.</li><li>Competitive salary and benefits package.</li></ul><p>💸<strong> Compensation & Benefits</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Salary:</strong> The overall salary pay scale for the target experience and target skill set for this role is $93,000 - $147,500.
