Junior Brand Designer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Junior Brand Designer based in the United States.

This role is an opportunity for a detail-oriented and execution-driven designer who enjoys bringing marketing ideas to life across digital channels. You will support a fast-moving brand and help translate campaign concepts into high-quality visual assets used across email, social media, paid advertising, and web experiences. Working closely with marketing and design teams, you’ll contribute to maintaining a consistent and engaging visual identity while producing a high volume of creative deliverables. The environment is collaborative, remote-first, and fast-paced, with a strong emphasis on clarity, speed, and consistency. You’ll gain exposure to integrated marketing campaigns while sharpening your production design skills. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys structured creative work and takes pride in delivering polished assets at scale.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will be responsible for producing and executing a wide range of marketing design assets while ensuring consistency with brand standards and campaign objectives. You will collaborate closely with marketing stakeholders to support ongoing initiatives and help maintain a strong visual presence across all channels.

Create and execute high-quality marketing assets across email, social media, paid ads, landing pages, blogs, and partner materials
Build and maintain reusable design templates and asset libraries to support scalable campaign execution
Adapt and apply brand guidelines consistently across multiple formats and digital touchpoints
Collaborate with marketing managers and cross-functional teams to translate campaign needs into effective visual outputs
Manage multiple design requests simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Maintain organized design files and ensure assets are easily accessible for team use
Stay informed on design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve creative output

Requirements

The ideal candidate has early professional experience in brand or marketing design and a strong foundation in digital design principles. You are comfortable working independently, receptive to feedback, and motivated by delivering high-volume, high-quality creative work.

1–2 years of experience in brand, marketing, or visual design roles
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Art, or a related field
Strong portfolio demonstrating digital marketing design work (email, social, and campaign assets)
Proficiency in Figma and working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color for digital formats
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines
Strong communication and collaboration skills in a remote work environment
Curiosity about emerging creative tools and AI-assisted design workflows
Bonus: Experience with email platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo) or basic HTML/CSS
Bonus: Experience with motion design, animation, or basic video editing
