In this role you will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders. You will be assisting with incoming project briefs, fielding internal requests, and ensure we adhere to project timelines. A strong understanding of CRM and email deployment platforms is a plus. This is a great opportunity for a highly organized candidate, looking to start their career in agency account management or someone who would like to build on previous experience in a similar environment. The success of the role will rely on your ability to accurately brief in client asks and ensure accuracy of content/creative from the initial project request and follow-through to completion. <h3>What you will be doing: </h3><ul><li>The management and execution of projects across a number of brands and deliverable types. </li><li>Ensure all tasks and projects required are on brief and delivered in a timely fashion. </li><li>Managing workflow and quality of output of your own work as well as of other team members (production, design, QC/QA, etc.) by assisting in creating timelines, schedules, project plans, resource planning and managing costs and budgets. </li><li>Provide day to day support to all members of the account and project management team. </li><li>Build and expand on existing client relationships.  </li></ul><h3>What you need to be great in this role: </h3><ul><li>Have at least 2 years of experience working in a client facing capacity, from handling client queries, to taking full and conclusive briefs. Internship experience will be considered. </li><li>You will be ambitious and able to handle multiple projects autonomously in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines. </li><li>Resourceful and enthusiastic, a natural problem-solver who learns quickly and responds well to changes and opportunities. </li><li>You will be highly organized and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.  </li><li>Excellent communication and listening skills, strong administrative skills.  </li><li>Must be team-oriented and collaborative with the ability to problem-solve proactively and deal with multiple priorities. <ul><li>At the time of this posting, the base salary for this position may range from $ $63,750.00 to $71,250.00. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
