Role Overview:
As a Strategic Partner Sales Manager at CI&T, you will play a crucial role in expanding our reach and enhancing our market presence through strategic partnerships. This position is designed for a forward-thinking professional passionate about technology, innovation, and fostering collaborative success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership Development: Lead the charge in identifying and engaging with potential strategic partners, focusing on synergies that align with CI&T's vision for digital transformation and growth.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process with partners, emphasizing collaboration and strategic alignment to achieve mutual success.
- Partner Advocacy: Serve as the primary point of contact for our partners, equipping them with the training, support, and resources needed to effectively market and sell CI&T's innovative solutions.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Ensure seamless integration of partner strategies with CI&T's internal sales, marketing, and product teams, driving cohesive and impactful go-to-market strategies.
- Market and Competitive Insights: Stay ahead of market trends and competitor movements to adapt strategies and capitalize on new opportunities for partnership and growth.
- Performance and Relationship Management: Utilize KPIs to monitor and evaluate partner performance, fostering strong, productive relationships that align with our strategic goals.
Who You Are:
- Experienced in B2B Sales: With 5-7+ years in B2B sales, preferably in the tech sector, you understand the dynamics of SI partnerships and their impact on business growth.
- A Master Communicator: Your exceptional communication skills enable you to build strong relationships, negotiate effectively, and close deals.
- Strategically Minded: Your strategic and analytical thinking skills are top-notch, guiding the development of effective partnership strategies.
- Efficient and Driven: Known for your organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities, you're motivated by building long-term, successful partnerships.
- Creative and Innovative: You excel in creative problem-solving, with a strong drive and strategic mindset to overcome challenges and drive success.
