We are seeking a motivated Java Software Engineer I to join a dynamic team building innovative web-based solutions. In this role, you will contribute across multiple phases of the software development lifecycle, from design and coding to testing and deployment. You will work collaboratively with peers and tech leads to deliver high-quality, scalable applications while gaining hands-on experience with Java, SQL, and web technologies. This role offers the chance to learn from experienced developers, work on impactful projects, and develop your technical skills in a supportive environment. Fresh graduates and those with practical software development experience are encouraged to apply.


  • Accountabilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement core web application features using Java and related technologies.
  • Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with tech leads and team members to ensure design strategies align with business goals.
  • Propose creative solutions to enhance applications and improve client satisfaction.
  • Document development processes and present application enhancements to the team.
  • Engage in Agile sprint activities, including daily stand-ups, code reviews, and planning sessions.
  • Requirements:
  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, CIS, or a related field; fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Familiarity with Java, SQL, HTML, CSS, and object-oriented programming principles.
  • Exposure to distributed architecture, React, XML, or relational databases (Oracle) is a plus.
  • Experience with Linux, Git, or other version control systems, and Agile development methodology.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Highly motivated, innovative, and self-directed with a willingness to learn current technologies.
