Apogee Global RMS is looking for a Java Full Stack Developer who will be able to design, build, and scale complex systems end‑to‑end. This role requires strong technical depth in Java/Spring Boot, modern front‑end frameworks, and the ability to influence architecture, mentor others, and deliver high‑quality solutions in a fast‑moving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead development of full‑stack features using Java/Spring Boot and React or Angular
- Architect scalable APIs, services, and integrations
- Own end‑to‑end delivery from design to deployment
- Improve system performance, reliability, and security
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to shape solutions
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
- Contribute to architectural decisions and best‑practice engineering standards
Requirements
- 4–8+ years of full‑stack development experience
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful API design
- Front‑end experience with React, Angular, or similar frameworks
- Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently
- Ability to design scalable, maintainable, and secure systems
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with microservices, Docker, Kubernetes
- Familiarity with authentication/authorization frameworks
- Exposure to messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
- Understanding of DevOps practices and automation
