The IT Support Specialist provides essential technical support and troubleshooting to end-users, ensuring the smooth operation of hardware and software systems. This role involves maintaining system functionality and escalating complex issues as needed to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting services to end-users.
• Maintain and ensure the functionality of hardware and software systems.
• Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate teams or personnel.
• Assist in the documentation of IT processes and solutions.
• Contribute to effective communication within the IT team and with end-users.

• Basic ability to create and maintain documentation.
• Strong communication skills for clear interaction with users and team members.
• Basic proficiency in handling security incidents.
• Basic understanding of integrating security measures.
• Basic knowledge of system and network security principles.
• Proficient in identifying and addressing technical problems.
• Demonstrates a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Maintains a customer-focused mindset to enhance user satisfaction.
• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent proven experience in a similar role.
