About the role


The Role

Origin is growing our internal IT team! As a key member of our IT Security team, you’ll help mature our processes and infrastructure, transitioning from external vendor services to robust internal operations. You’ll collaborate closely with team members, department heads, and vendors, enhancing our existing workflows, addressing gaps, and introducing innovative improvements. What You’ll Do

New Hire Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Coordinate and manage all IT-related aspects of employee onboarding and offboarding

  • Procure, provision, and manage hardware and software for new hires

  • Create and manage user accounts and access controls, ensuring seamless employee integration and departures

  • Ensure new team members have all necessary tools and access to start on time

Helpdesk management

  • Monitor and manage incoming IT support tickets for a mixed remote and onsite workforce

  • Prioritize and triage tickets based on urgency and impact

  • Maintain detailed documentation of issue resolutions

IT Project Management

  • Lead and manage IT projects to maturity, enhancing systems, infrastructure, and processes

  • Drive continuous improvement through structured project management methodologies

  • Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met consistently

Troubleshooting and problem resolution

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware issues (Mac, PC, Chromebooks) efficiently

  • Configure and manage JAMF Pro for Mac devices, Google Workspace for Chrome devices

  • Administer Okta for identity and access management

Collaborate with vendors for advanced support as necessary

What You’ll Achieve

  • Robust security posture protecting patients and business

  • Compliance with federal and state regulations, including HIPAA

  • Clearly defined service-level agreements (response time, resolution time, etc.)

  • High onboarding success rate

  • Positive employee survey metrics (NPS)

  • Scalable and cost-effective systems supporting Origin’s growth

Salary range for this position is $80,00-90,000 based on experience.

About you


Your Professional Experience Includes

  • 5+ years of experience in IT onboarding & offboarding processes (vendor negotiation experience preferred)

  • 5+ years managing helpdesk operations (familiarity with ticketing systems strongly desired)

  • Demonstrated IT project management experience, leading initiatives from inception to completion

  • Exceptional attention to detail

  • 5+ years experience working collaboratively across multiple departments

  • Experience with healthcare or other regulated industry technology preferred
