Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee multiple IT projects to ensure successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and manage changes effectively.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and communication strategies.
- Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Facilitate meetings to discuss project status, address challenges, and gather feedback from relevant parties.
- Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure project continuity.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in project management and IT governance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in the accounting industry.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale IT projects from initiation to completion.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
