This is a high-accountability role requiring someone who thrives under pressure, communicates confidently across IT and business stakeholders, and is eager to grow into a subject matter expert.This is a remote position requiring alignment to PST business hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST). The role does not require prior WMS or logistics experience, but a genuine interest in the space is a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities: <ul style=" margin-top: 0in; margin-bottom: 0in;" type="disc"><li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;">Serve as the primary liaison between client IT teams and business stakeholders, managing expectations and escalating issues appropriately</li><li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;">Understand, document, and triage system issues; develop resolution plans aligned with WMS platform standards</li><li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;">Manage client relationships under pressure, maintaining professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach</li><li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;">Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and vice versa</li><li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;">Participate in UAT cycles, configuration validation, and go-live support activities</li><li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;">Track project progress and communicate status updates to internal and client stakeholders</li></ul> Required Qualifications: <ul style=" margin-top: 0in; margin-bottom: 0in;" type="disc"><li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;">2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or Technical Analyst role</li><li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;">Demonstrated ability to perform under high-pressure, time-sensitive conditions while remaining goal-focused</li><li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;">Strong communication skills; able to present confidently to both technical and non-technical audiences</li><li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;">Hands-on, self-directed work style with a bias toward execution over theory</li><li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;">Familiarity with both IT concepts and business operations (dual fluency preferred)</li><li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;">Professional maturity, proactive attitude, and a strong sense of ownership</li><li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;">Pacific timezone availability required</li></ul> Preferred Qualifications: <ul style=" margin-top: 0in; margin-bottom: 0in;" type="disc"><li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;">Exposure to supply chain, logistics, or distribution operations</li><li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;">Experience with SQL, Power BI, or similar analytical tools</li><li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;">Familiarity with WMS platforms (Manhattan Active, Blue Yonder, Softeon, SAP, or similar)</li><li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;">Experience with UAT methodology and regression testing</li><li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;">Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus</li></ul> Salary Range:  <ul style=" margin-top: 0in; margin-bottom: 0in;" type="disc"><li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;">$80,000 - $90,000</li><li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;">The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience </li></ul><div class="content-conclusion">ALTEN Technology is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
