Reporting to the Manager, Enterprise Applications, the IT Analyst will focus on ensuring the smooth operation of business applications, providing support to end-users, and effectively managing SaaS through tools like Torii.<h4>WHAT YOU’LL DO</h4><ul><li>Manage and maintain all SaaS applications used across the organization</li><li>Utilize Torii for comprehensive SaaS management, including discovery, optimization, and governance</li><li>Partner with procurement on software renewals, license management, and vendor negotiations</li><li>Identify and manage shadow IT, working to bring unauthorized applications under proper management</li><li>Develop and implement consolidation plans for overlapping or redundant applications</li><li>Optimize license utilization and costs across the organization by partnering with IT engineering to implement automation</li><li>Develop and maintain documentation for business applications</li><li>Assist in the evaluation and implementation of new SaaS solutions</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations</li><li>Participate in IT projects related to business applications</li><li>Effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders</li></ul>WHAT YOU’LL BRING<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field</li><li>3+ years of experience in IT administration, preferably with a focus on SaaS applications</li><li>Strong knowledge of common revenue and corporate IT applications</li><li>Experience with SaaS management platforms, particularly Torii</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal</li><li>Proven ability to partner effectively with key stakeholders across various departments, including procurement</li><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills</li><li>Experience with user account management and access controls</li><li>Understanding of software licensing models and contract management</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li></ul><h4>PREFERRED SKILLS</h4><ul><li>Experience with specific SaaS platforms (Okta, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Gong)</li><li>Familiarity with IT security best practices</li><li>Experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment</li><li>Strong presentation skills for delivering reports and insights to leadership</li><li>Background in IT procurement or vendor management</li></ul>Applicants must have the legal right to work in the country where the position is based, without the need for visa sponsorship.
