This role sits at the intersection of healthcare data, advanced analytics, and business intelligence, supporting enterprise-wide decision-making through scalable reporting and data solutions. You will design and develop datasets, datamarts, dashboards, and self-service analytics tools that transform complex healthcare data into actionable insights. Working within a collaborative enterprise analytics environment, you will partner with senior analysts, engineers, and stakeholders to support data-driven strategies that improve clinical and operational outcomes. The position requires strong analytical thinking, technical expertise, and the ability to translate business needs into robust data solutions. You will also contribute to data governance, documentation standards, and best practices for large-scale healthcare datasets. Accountabilities:- Design, build, and maintain reports, dashboards, and self-service analytics solutions to support enterprise stakeholders.
- Develop and optimize datasets and datamarts for advanced analytics, reporting, and data visualization needs.
- Analyze large-scale healthcare datasets to identify trends, patterns, and outcomes across clinical and operational programs.
- Collaborate with senior analysts and stakeholders to interpret findings and communicate insights clearly and effectively.
- Apply data stewardship principles, governance standards, and documentation best practices to ensure data quality and compliance.
- Contribute to multiple concurrent analytics projects while managing priorities and deliverables in a structured environment.
- Support development of data extraction, automation, and modeling processes using modern analytics tools and programming languages.
- Participate in continuous improvement of business intelligence frameworks and data architecture standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, economics, finance, business analytics, health informatics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 2–4 years of experience in business analytics, healthcare informatics, or a related data-focused role.
- Experience working with large-scale datasets and building business intelligence or analytics solutions.
- Strong knowledge of data analysis, modeling, reporting, and data visualization concepts.
- Proficiency in programming or querying languages used for data extraction, transformation, and automation.
- Familiarity with healthcare data environments and clinical or operational reporting preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver complex analytical work in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into business insights.
- Critical thinking mindset with strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Certification or familiarity with Epic tools (Cogito, Clarity, Caboodle) is highly desirable.
