Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven ISV Program Manager to lead and scale our Independent Software Vendor (ISV) partner program. This role is critical to the growth of Tilled’s ecosystem, working cross-functionally with sales, product, marketing, and customer success to onboard, enable, and grow strategic ISV relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in partner program development, experience in fintech or SaaS, and a deep understanding of the ISV ecosystem.




Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Development & Strategy:


    • Define and evolve Tilled’s ISV partner program framework, including tiers, incentives, onboarding processes, enablement resources, and go-to-market alignment.


    • Collaborate with leadership to set partnership goals and KPIs.


  • ISV Recruitment & Onboarding:


    • Support the business development team in identifying and onboarding new ISV partners.


    • Develop onboarding workflows and training materials that ensure quick and effective adoption of Tilled’s platform.


  • Partner Management & Growth:


    • Serve as the primary point of contact for ISV partners post-onboarding.


    • Build strong, trust-based relationships with key partner stakeholders.


    • Drive partner engagement through joint business planning, co-marketing, and product integration initiatives.


  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:


    • Work closely with sales, product, legal, and marketing teams to align ISV initiatives with company objectives.


    • Provide product feedback from ISV partners to help shape Tilled’s roadmap.


  • Performance Tracking & Reporting:


    • Monitor partner performance, engagement metrics, and revenue impact.


    • Create reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders to track program success.





Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in partner management, channel programs, or business development, preferably in a SaaS, payments, or fintech environment.


  • Proven success in building and scaling ISV or channel programs.


  • Deep understanding of the ISV landscape, especially in vertical SaaS.


  • Strong project management and organizational skills.


  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.


  • Experience with CRMs and partner management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, Crossbeam).


  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.





Preferred Qualifications:

  • Payments industry experience or knowledge of ISV & PayFac models.


  • Experience with embedded payments or monetization strategies for SaaS platforms.


  • Familiarity with API-based integrations and developer workflows.
