This role is instrumental in shaping the external financial narrative, communicating the company’s performance and vision to the investment community, and ensuring consistent, transparent messaging. You will bring equity research or buy-side experience, strong financial modeling skills, and a deep understanding of technology markets, particularly AI. Working closely with the Communications, Finance and leadership team, you will help position the company effectively with current and prospective analysts and investors. You will also have an opportunity to create, shape and develop best IR practices, and will be interacting with senior leaders as the company is rapidly scaling. Key Responsibilities </div><div class="textLayer"><ul><li>Support quarterly earnings preparation by collecting and processing business updates, compiling and developing earnings materials, such as quarterly shareholder letters, scripts, presentations, and Q&A</li><li>Build internal relationships with the broader teams, such as product, engineering, sales, marketing, and others</li><li>Collaborate closely with Finance, Communication and Legal teams in crafting the company’s messaging for the financial community including earnings calls, investor presentations at conferences, non-deal roadshows, and other events</li><li>Develop and maintain robust understanding of business drivers and metrics; identify/track key themes and topics for investor discussion to inform our team and executives on emerging trends</li><li>Build models and leverage data analysis to understand complex relationships between AI hardware and software, identify key business trends, and gain insight on our revenue/expense line items, drivers and scalability</li><li>Conduct competitive and strategic analysis on Nebius, its peers, and the industry as well as buy/sell-side trends to help keep management aware of the markets and investor views on Nebius</li><li>Help develop automation tools to streamline Investor Relations processes</li></ul></div><div class="textLayer"> Key Qualifications & Experience</div><div class="textLayer"> </div><div class="textLayer"><ul><li>5+ years of experience in equity research or buy-side, with a deep understanding of the enterprise software or hardware sectors</li><li>Strong financial modeling and analytical skills</li><li>Ability to distill complex technical and financial concepts into clear, investor-friendly language</li><li>Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills</li><li>Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment</li><li>Solid understanding of RegFD, SEC and Nasdaq requirements</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication abilities</li><li>Strong Excel, PowerPoint (or Google Sheets, Presentation) skills; knowledge of Factset,Bloomberg, or CapitalIQ systems </li><li>Willingness to travel extensively each quarter, including international travel</li></ul></div><div class="textLayer"><ul><li>Highly organized, passionate about streamlining processes, good time management skills</li><li>Time zone flexible – we are a global team and everyone is ready to coordinate across various time zones </li><li>Self-starter and ability to work in situations of ambiguity to find optimal solutions.</li></ul></div><div class="textLayer"> </div><div class="textLayer">Preferred qualifications:<ul><li>Familiarity with AI-driven business models, SaaS and/or GPU hardware</li><li>Experience working in or with public technology companies</li><li>Experience with working with retail investors</li><li>CFA or MBA preferred</li></ul></div></div> <div class="content-conclusion">What we offer <ul><li>Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth within Nebius.</li><li>Hybrid working arrangements.</li><li>A dynamic and collaborative work environment that values initiative and innovation.</li></ul>We’re growing and expanding our products every day.
