Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Convert complex investment banking and M&A processes into structured, knowledge-rich deliverables suitable for AI training and evaluation.
- Build, review, and annotate advanced financial models, including LBO, M&A, three-statement, and valuation models.
- Prepare and refine investor-grade materials such as Investment Committee (IC) memos, CIM sections, and due diligence reports.
- Evaluate and enhance AI-generated financial analyses to ensure transaction accuracy, logical rigor, and professional clarity.
- Curate and structure transaction datasets to support finance-focused AI systems.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to accurately capture authentic deal dynamics and decision-making frameworks.
- Maintain exceptional standards of written and verbal communication across all deliverables.
Required Qualifications
- 2–7+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Transaction Advisory, Corporate Development, or related transaction-focused roles.
- Strong live deal exposure, including execution, diligence, and advanced financial modeling.
- Deep expertise in valuation methodologies, including DCF, comparable company analysis, precedent transactions, and LBO modeling.
- Demonstrated ability to produce polished, investor-ready work products under tight timelines.
- Outstanding attention to detail with strong analytical and communication skills.
- Highly organized and comfortable working independently in remote, asynchronous environments.
- Authorized to work in the United States, United Kingdom, or Canada.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Infrastructure, Project Finance, Credit, Distressed, or Special Situations transactions.
- Exposure to initiatives at the intersection of finance and technology.
- Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams on innovative or product-driven projects.
