This internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in interior design within a collaborative, fast-paced environment focused on creating innovative and functional workspaces. You will work closely with designers and sales teams, contributing to both creative development and essential project support tasks. The role provides exposure to real client projects, allowing you to participate in meetings, gather field data, and assist in shaping early design concepts. You will be part of a team that values curiosity, creativity, and continuous learning while supporting impactful design solutions across diverse industries. This is a full-time onsite internship designed to provide structured mentorship and meaningful professional growth. It is ideal for students or emerging designers looking to build strong foundational experience in a professional design setting.


Accountabilities:
  • Support the design team with administrative and creative tasks across multiple projects and initiatives.
  • Assist in client and project meetings by gathering information through surveys, interviews, observations, and documentation.
  • Conduct field verifications, product research, and inventory tracking to support project accuracy and development.
  • Contribute to early-stage design work by helping produce preliminary concepts and gathering project requirements.
  • Assist with resource coordination, project organization, and tracking of time entries and hours.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of design-related deliverables and workflows.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in interior design, workplace environments, and spatial planning.
  • Ability to support both creative and administrative tasks with attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate with designers, clients, and cross-functional teams.
  • Basic knowledge of design tools and willingness to learn industry software and workflows.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured environment.
