This role leads integration planning and IT project management, ensuring seamless interoperability and compliance with program objectives.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee planning, design, and integration of enterprise IT systems</li><li>Manage IT-related projects using lifecycle and project management methodologies</li><li>Track costs, schedules, and performance progress across workstreams</li><li>Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure program success</li><li>Coordinate across teams and stakeholders to support deployment and interoperability</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>10+ years of professional work experience</li><li>Experience managing information technology–related projects</li><li>Strong background in lifecycle and project management methodologies</li><li>Skilled in cost, schedule, and performance tracking with risk management expertise</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business, or related field (or +8 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree)</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p><ul><li>VA experience</li><li>Experience implementing Electronic Health Records</li></ul><p><strong>Salary Range: $115,000 – $130,000</strong></p><p><strong>Benefits:<br></strong>Comprehensive package including health, dental, and vision insurance; paid time off; federal holidays; and a 401(k) with company match.</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>Our Commitment to Equal Employment Opportunity.</strong></p><p>Blue Water Thinking, LLC (BWT) is committed to equal employment opportunity.
