We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Integrated Marketing Project Manager to serve as the operational backbone of a dynamic B2B marketing team. This role ensures seamless planning, execution, and tracking of integrated campaigns and initiatives while coordinating multiple stakeholders across brand, content, digital, and product marketing. Accountabilities:- Develop and maintain project roadmaps, integrated calendars, and capacity plans in collaboration with marketing leadership.
- Manage end-to-end planning and execution of integrated B2B marketing campaigns, including timelines, briefs, workflows, and QA checklists.
- Serve as the intake owner for marketing requests, triaging, prioritizing, and routing projects based on scope, capacity, and business priorities.
- Route assets through the full production cycle, coordinating reviews across creative, content, legal, compliance, product marketing, and external partners.
- Track milestones, deliverables, and project status, generating reports to improve workflow predictability and decision-making.
- Support operational analytics and campaign performance reporting to optimize marketing execution.
- Coordinate integrated marketing components across creative, messaging, web, email, digital channels, events, and sales enablement.
- Serve as primary point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating communication, providing updates, and proactively addressing risks and dependencies.
- Research and implement project management best practices, tools, and processes, providing training and guidance to team members.
Requirements:
- 4–7+ years of experience in marketing project management, traffic coordination, integrated marketing, or similar roles—ideally in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of marketing workflows across creative, content, digital, and GTM processes.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or similar; AI-driven tools a plus.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and time-management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Bonus: Experience in SaaS, fintech, payments, tech, or other complex B2B industries.
