You’ll work as a partner who knows the work well enough to ask smart questions, give productive feedback, and help make sure the end result hits the mark. Day to day, you’ll work side by side with designers, writers, and channel owners to understand their needs, clear roadblocks, and keep momentum high. You’ll streamline workflows like briefs, reviews, and handoffs, and get the most out of the tools we use so projects move faster and smoother. This is a fast-moving, high-growth environment where priorities shift quickly. If you want to help more people access high-quality care, this is the place to do it. What you’ll do <ul><li>Lead integrated campaigns across brand, commercial, and member marketing, from kickoff through launch. </li><li>Partner closely with designers, writers, and channel leads — understanding their needs and helping them do their best work. </li><li>Manage project timelines, creative reviews, and production workflows to ensure smooth execution. </li><li>Drive process improvements, refine workflows, and maximize the tools we use so work moves faster and smarter. </li><li>Oversee campaign inception for high-priority launches and manage creative deliverables for ongoing requests. </li><li>Keep a close eye on quality — ensuring all assets are purposeful, polished, and on brand. </li><li>Gather and act on feedback to improve briefs, streamline review cycles, and make communications clearer and more effective. </li></ul>Your Experience <ul><li>6+ years of marketing experience, preferably in an agency or fast-paced in-house team. </li><li>Strong understanding of the creative process — from concept through design and production. </li><li>Experience managing complex campaigns with multiple collaborators and deliverables. </li><li>Familiarity with creative production tools and workflows; ability to optimize how teams use them. </li><li>Proven ability to manage timelines, resources, and priorities in a fast-moving environment. </li><li>Experience setting up, managing, and refining project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello, Monday.com, or similar), building structure, workflows, and reporting that keep teams aligned and accountable. </li></ul>Your Approach <ul><li>Go-getter attitude, equally invested in both process and outcomes. </li><li>Strong collaborator who anticipates partner needs and helps bring out their best work. </li><li>Growth mindset: open to feedback, willing to test, learn, and iterate to improve future work. </li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills. </li><li>Balances speed with quality, adapting quickly without losing focus on impact. </li><li>Brings clarity, energy, and momentum that keeps projects on track and teammates engaged. </li></ul>Preferred Qualifications: <ul><li>Experience in consumer marketing — whether from healthcare, retail, CPG, tech, travel, or other industries where shaping consumer behavior and engagement is core. </li><li>Background in both campaign management and creative production. </li><li>Familiarity with performance marketing, brand campaigns, and member engagement programs. </li></ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">As a remote position, the salary range for this role is:</div><div class="pay-range">$95,000—$110,000 USD</div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion">Total Rewards Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal equity.  Salary is just one component of Transcarent's total package.
