GoTo is actively searching for an Integrated Marketing Manager to join our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing integrated campaigns to drive marketing-generated revenue for our enterprise-grade remote support solution, LogMeIn Rescue. You will play a central role in bringing our marketing campaigns to life from strategy to execution to optimization. In this role, you will have a special focus on targeting Internal IT buyers and Customer Support buyers at enterprise organizations using account-based marketing strategies (1:Many, 1:Few, and 1:1). You will be a driving force that leads our cross-functional marketing team to deliver lead, pipeline, and revenue targets for Rescue.Â

Your Day to Day Â
As an Integrated Marketing Manager, you will:Â
Collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales to understand our target personas, our product differentiators, and our content strategy, using this information to design Marketing campaignsÂ
Design account-based marketing campaigns to acquire new logos from enterprise organizations, defining the target account list, messaging, content, channel mix, budget, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for each campaignÂ
Partner with international teammates to obtain input on new campaigns and adapt your approach to execute campaigns at a global scaleÂ
Write campaign briefs that inspire the cross-functional team (e.g., Brand & Creative, Marketing Automation, Marketing Ops, Digital Marketing, Web, Agency Partners, etc.) to deliver compelling creative concepts, assemble innovative tactical plans, craft effective content assets, and meet campaign objectivesÂ
Provide constructive feedback on campaign creative, ensuring new deliverables speak to the target audience and adhere to channel best practicesÂ
Understand the role of each marketing channel in the buyer journey, proactively monitoring if channels and tactics are performing at/above benchmark and influencing other teams to optimize areas of underperformanceÂ
Partner with Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Sales to extend your campaigns to our Outbound BDRs, ensuring campaigns are supported with sales plays against our target accountsÂ
Provide regular reporting to Marketing and Sales leadership about your campaigns with the goal of communicating overall performance trends and next steps to improve resultsÂ
Contribute to the quarterly planning process for Marketing, partnering with functional teams to allocate budget by marketing channel and forecast leads, pipeline, and revenueÂ

What We’re Looking ForÂ
As an Integrated Marketing Manager, your background will look like:Â
2-3 years of Integrated Marketing experience promoting SaaS products to Enterprise orgsÂ
Strong background in account-based marketing, especially 1:Few and 1:1 campaignsÂ
Proven ability to manage campaigns from strategy to execution to optimizationÂ
Proven track record of building positive relationships with Marketing and Sales teammatesÂ
Experience with monitoring and attaining lead, pipeline, and revenue targetsÂ
Understanding of relevant technology (6Sense, Salesforce, Tableau)Â
Exceptional communication skills (interpersonal, written & verbal)Â
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to think creatively and quickly to solve problemsÂ

The above shows our ranges from minimum to maximum. Your compensation will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. You will also be eligible for a variable pay component and benefits.
