This role focuses on designing and developing impactful learning solutions that strengthen knowledge, skills, and performance across diverse professional environments. You will collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts, project managers, and stakeholders to identify training needs and translate them into structured, engaging instructional programs. The position involves shaping curriculum, defining learning objectives, and selecting the most effective delivery methods across digital and instructor-led formats. You will contribute to the full instructional design lifecycle, from analysis and development to testing and evaluation. Working in a structured but collaborative environment, you will help ensure training solutions meet quality standards and align with organizational goals. This is a hands-on role suited for professionals who enjoy blending creativity, instructional strategy, and technical design.


Accountabilities

In this role, you will support the design, development, and implementation of training solutions that enhance learning effectiveness and operational performance. You will work under moderate supervision while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to produce high-quality instructional materials.

  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and project teams to analyze training needs and define instructional objectives
  • Design and develop engaging learning content across multiple formats, including e-learning, web-based, instructor-led, and mobile solutions
  • Create instructional materials such as storyboards, flow diagrams, assessments, and training documentation
  • Ensure instructional integrity by validating course structure, content flow, and adherence to established design standards
  • Support the development of training evaluation methods and ensure alignment with learning objectives
  • Conduct research to gather and organize supporting content and media resources for instructional development
  • Assist in prototyping, usability testing, and continuous improvement of learning solutions

Requirements

The ideal candidate brings foundational experience in instructional design, learning development, or related educational technology environments, along with strong collaboration and communication skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 1–2 years of experience in instructional design or learning content development
  • Understanding of instructional design methodologies, learning theory, and curriculum development practices
  • Experience developing digital learning content such as e-learning modules or multimedia training materials
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with Subject Matter Experts and cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in organizing content, managing multiple tasks, and meeting deadlines in a structured environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to clarity and detail
  • Familiarity with instructional design tools and basic multimedia or authoring platforms is a plus
