We do not replace existing care teams; we enhance them, providing an extra layer of support with compassion, creativity, and an unwavering commitment to children with medical complexity.</div>What You'll Do:In this role, you will:Design & Development<ul><li>Design and develop self-paced eLearning modules using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, or equivalent — from storyboard through final published output</li><li>Build scenario-based learning experiences, clinical case studies, and branching simulations that reflect the complexity of pediatric virtual care</li><li>Create performance support materials including job aids, quick reference guides, and workflow-embedded resources for clinical and operational teams</li><li>Develop assessments and knowledge checks grounded in adult learning principles and aligned to observable performance outcomes</li><li>Translate complex clinical and technical content into clear, accessible learning that resonates with a diverse, multidisciplinary workforce</li></ul>Collaboration & Partnership<ul><li>Partner with clinical subject matter experts, operational leaders, and technology stakeholders to conduct needs analyses and define learning solutions</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate with the broader L&D team to ensure design consistency, brand alignment, and quality across all learning products</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Participate in project intake, scoping, and timeline management, communicating clearly with stakeholders throughout the design process</li></ul>Continuous Improvement<ul><li>Evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions using data from the LMS (Docebo), learner feedback, and performance indicators</li><li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Stay current with instructional design methodology, healthcare learning trends, and emerging tools — and bring that knowledge back to the team</li><li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Contribute to the ongoing refinement of L&D standards, templates, and design processes</li></ul>What You Bring & How You QualifyFirst and foremost, you’re passionate and committed to creating the world our children deserve. In this role, you will need:<ul><li>Business Healthcare and clinical experience</li><li>3–5 years of instructional design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating eLearning, scenario-based learning, and job aid development</li><li>Proficiency in at least one eLearning authoring tool (Articulate Storyline and/or Rise strongly preferred)</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work with clinical or technical subject matter experts to develop accurate, nuanced learning content</li><li>Strong writing skills — you can make complex content clear without oversimplifying it</li><li>Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, iterative environment</li><li>Comfort with ambiguity — you are resourceful, proactive, and don't wait to be handed a fully formed brief</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>Experience designing learning for healthcare, clinical, or regulated environments</li><li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Familiarity with Docebo or similar learning management systems</li><li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Experience designing for equity — including culturally responsive content, plain language, and accessibility standards</li><li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Background or coursework in instructional design, education, healthcare, or a related field</li></ul> What We Offer (Benefits + Perks) The role offers a base salary range of $70,000 - $85,000 in addition to annual bonus incentive, competitive company benefits package, and eligibility to participate in an employee equity purchase program (as applicable). When determining compensation, we analyze and carefully consider several factors including job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
